As the clock struck 5:30 p.m., signaling the start of dinner service, we eagerly perused the daily changing menu. From Spreewald gherkin plates to Senftenberg trout with cold-pressed linseed oil-dressed potatoes, each dish spoke volumes of Bavarian gastronomy.Amidst the hearty flavors, the ambiance of the restaurant was a true highlight. It effortlessly blended traditional décor with modern comforts, a nod to Bavaria's rich heritage. As a lover of authentic Bavarian experiences, savoring regional delicacies amidst such inviting surroundings felt like a genuine privilege.The next morning, we indulged in the rich breakfast buffet, setting a delightful tone for the day ahead.
